With the AL-KO 36 V family, you can rely on a powerful lithium-ion battery system for a wide range of applications in the home and garden - now also for clearing snow. With this snow thrower, you get the power of an electric snow thrower and the flexibility of a petrol snow thrower, all with minimal noise pollution. The battery snow thrower is extremely manoeuvrable and quiet. You can clear up to 200 m² of snow with one battery charge - and even more with a second battery, of course. Thanks to its low weight (only about 15 kg) and the practical LED headlight, snow clearing is even fun in the dark. The best thing about it: the cordless snow thrower can be assembled without tools and in just a few steps, flexibly adjusted to your body size and stored in a space-saving way.
Technical details of our cordless snow thrower ST 4048
The ST 4048 cordless snow blower from the AL-KO 36 V garden tool family uses 40 V lithium-ion battery technology and offers a capacity of 4, 5 or 8 ampere hours, depending on the battery. The batteries are fully charged after only about 90 minutes (for a 4 Ah battery), 120 minutes (for a 5 Ah battery) or 180 minutes (for an 8 Ah battery). The modern brushless motors offer high performance and maximum runtime. The practical 1-stage snow blower transports snow up to 6 metres using the manually adjustable discharge chute. With a clearing width of 48 cm and a feed height of 20 cm, fresh snow is child's play and everything stays clean. The clearing paddle provides propulsion.
