OPTIMA ME 66 snow thrower
The MTD ME 66 snow thrower offers advanced two-stage technology that moves snow extremely efficiently. Two horizontal Xtreme-Auger clearing augers move the snow to the centre of the blade, where another clearing auger throws the snow vertically through the discharge chute. With a remarkable clearing width of 66 cm and a maximum intake height of 53 cm, it can easily handle even heavy snow drifts.
The special 5.8 kW MTD winter engine enables a safe start, whether via the 230V E-starter or the tried and tested cable pull, even in icy temperatures. The height at which the snow thrower operates is adjustable thanks to the skids, making it easy to adapt to different conditions.
With 6 forward and 2 reverse gears, getting around is uncomplicated, and operation is designed to be so user-friendly that even thick mittens are no obstacle. The discharge chute is extremely flexible and can be rotated 200 degrees with the help of a joystick. Thanks to the generous 3.0-litre tank, the ME 66 is extremely durable even during extended operations.
